2. App Failure & Diagnostic Crash Data Collection

To ensure high performance, stability, and store platform compliance, our application includes automated crash reporting mechanisms to inspect technical faults when an unexpected error occurs.

Crash Data Collection Clause

When an unexpected software crash or technical exception occurs during app usage, Myworld Talker automatically generates pseudonymized technical diagnostic logs. These logs include:

  • Device model, processor architecture, and available memory specifications.
  • Operating system version (e.g., iOS or Android build release).
  • Application state, active screen, and timestamp immediately preceding the crash event.
  • Pseudonymized stack traces and unique crash session identifiers.

Purpose & Retention: This diagnostic crash data is collected solely to detect, isolate, and resolve software bugs, system crashes, and memory leaks to continuously improve app stability. Crash data is never linked to individual user names, contact info, or personal profiles. Diagnostic data is processed strictly through official platform crash management infrastructures (Apple App Store Connect / Google Play Console) or encrypted telemetry SDKs and is retained only as long as necessary to fix identified bugs.

3. Data Safety & Deletion Requests

If you submit a support ticket or contact us via email, your email address and message contents are strictly used to respond to your request. If you wish to have your support history or any associated diagnostic contact data permanently erased from our records, please contact us at support@vrtechapps.com. All valid data deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 calendar days.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)

Our application does not knowingly request or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal details to us, please contact us immediately so we can remove the data.
