By downloading, installing, or using the Myworld Talker mobile application or accessing related web services provided by VRTech Apps ("we," "our," or "us"), these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using our software.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

The Myworld Talker application, including its underlying source code, visual interface, database schemas, graphics, visual assets, and associated branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of VRTech Apps. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, copy, modify, or attempt to extract the app's source code.

2. App Availability & Service Changes

We reserve the right to make modifications, enhancements, or service changes to Myworld Talker at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it explicitly clear to you exactly what features you are purchasing.

3. Limitation of Liability

VRTech Apps accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or inconvenience experienced as a result of relying on the functionality, availability, or operational uptime of the application. The application and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

4. Operational Uptime & Software Bugs

While we test our software rigorously, VRTech Apps does not guarantee uninterrupted operational uptime or bug-free execution across all mobile hardware or operating system versions. Unintentional technical failures are addressed through regular maintenance updates.
